At some point is the Supreme Court going to order the arrest of a law breaking, and therefore criminal, executive? If they don't then they're risking their branch being dissolved. Scary. 010

Does that make a constitutional crisis in which he says it must be abandoned inevitable? I think the only thing that would prevent it is strong and early action by the judicial and representative branches. Is that likely? 000
