Direct shipment of wine under Senate Bill 2145 passed out of the House today by a 79-29 vote. It allows Mississippians to buy out of state wine that isn’t sold by Mississippi ABC & ship it to their residences. The bill heads to Reeves’ desk for him to decide whether or not to sign it into law.
