To date, the Maternity and Neonatal Safety Improvement Programme (MatNeoSIP) has: Saved 1,692 lives, Prevented 554 cases of cerebral palsy, supported nearly 100 organisations* and prevented 708 cases of strep B in babies. *to implement tools which improve the early recognition of deterioration of women and babies, leading to timely escalation. #WorldPatientSafetyDay

A new study commissioned by the @healthinnovnetwork.bsky.social has found that making better use of innovation in the NHS would give Britain a £246 billion boost. Our chief executive Matthew Taylor said "more needs to be done to fully realise the potential of innovation."
