that is certainly a normal plane that flies, good job

drawing of a PZL M-15 belphegor, a plane that defies description but i'll try anyway. imagine a biplane but there's a single jet engine sitting on top of the fuselage and attached to the upper pair of wings. the fuselage is shortened so it does not taper into a tail; instead the tail is attached to the upper wings by two beams and has a spoiler across it. there is a massive tank situated on both sides between the upper and lower wings. the headlights on the tip of the plane's nose are round and close together and look a bit like a cartoon pig nose. the plane is drawn with cartoony beady eyes on its windshield panels and a diaper wrapped around its shortened, stubby fuselage. i will admit staring at this for a long time trying to figure out where to put the diaper after i had actually drawn it. a truly baffling plane design. the longer i look at it the more mystified i am by what went on in its design process

revised dylan's ref because i wanted to handpaint his stripes on; the text block got rasterized in the process so i just re-did it entirely to add new accursed facts to everyone's favorite stinky horse
