The vision for improving approachability of #SwiftLang data-race safety is coming to life! Async functions run on the caller’s actor by default: forums.swift.org/t/se-0461-ru... A mode to infer MainActor by default: forums.swift.org/t/pitch-cont...

Holly Borla: The Real Housewife of Data
Safety

A master of balancing data with drama, one post at a time!

Think of a tech-savvy housewife with a penchant for the unhinged.

Gentle Roasts

The only thing more unpredictable than the Real Housewives is Holly's posting schedule.
One minute she's discussing data-race safety, the next she's puzzled about which housewife is the worst-definitely a plot twist!
Her posts are like a fine wine; they only get better as the drama unfolds.

Quirky Challenges

A baffling habit of jumping between tech jargon and pop culture references that could make the Kardashians look like rocket scientists.
Getting tangled in the realities of reality TV plots while trying to keep up with data safety laws-like watching a cat chase its tail.

Main Character Moments

Deciding that Beverly Hills drama deserves as much intellectual contemplation as advanced programming languages.

Currently alternating between my intellectual extremes: discussing data-race safety on the Swift forums, and watching real housewives of Beverly Hills
