Dueling thoughts of opposite seems to be the theme of my life right now and it is causing extreme emotional swings that leave me feeling so off balance. In a scene it can be great, the pain yet pleasure, the freedom in bondage, etc., but in daily life it’s not so great. Just need things to calm down

She started working out and practicing again and reopened the heels and a couple blisters. A week later and back at it but says her feet still hurt. She goes slow but keeps going.
