Last night I was so earnestly told I was the perfect woman and I was so surprised I couldn't think of anything clever to respond. I have a lot of self-confidence, but being told that by someone who genuinely wanted me to know and believe it throughly wiped out all my defenses.

I have been trying to learn more about how to support a partner having ADHD. I don't have a partner right now, but there are people I care about and I wish I had these tools a long time ago. I know I have done my best, and given a lot, but it still doesn't feel like enough.
