Great reporting. Clearly demonstrates why we can’t keep leaving the impacts of climate changes on our homes up to the market real estate and insurance markets. We need clear zoning & land use guardrails so unwitting home buyers aren’t stuck, & the rich aren’t expecting bailouts from their gambles.
