Pic: New circ needle for a baby blanket. Hey y'all, I'm going to be doing some real knitting. And crocheting, reading, cross stitching. All the things. All day long. Thru the summer and into fall. I broke my foot in 2 places. Small breaks, but very real. 5th metatarsal at both toe & ankle .

OK. I've been immersed in a big cross stitch piece that has me mesmerized. But all your knitting posts have called me back to knitting. So I've putting together a project bag for my favorite baby blanket and finished up this sock. 🧦 Not fond of the fit on my high instep. Considering not making #2.

A new beginning. Another Summer Lee Pattern from The Sock Project. And again, I'm nearly copying her glorious color combo. I freelanced it on the oatmeal color yarn. Will knit these on dpns because that's fun. These will have an Afterthought heel, which is so wild. 🧦🧶
