Good question. Plus sized characters are just normal, like they just exist, I dont understand why their existence should automatically mark art as adult. It is a really, really strange viewpoint.

After reading the latest Furaffinity announcement: In the furry fandom, we often joke how the spiciest form of NSFW content is like "holding hands". And now, it turns out, Advertisers are so fucking deranged, they actually believe that. Hugging and pluse size characters are "adult content"? What?

baLOrKIn as an artist is focused on the horror genre. A love I quite share, and which I sometimes struggle to really capture with my own art. Even though I would love to design and do more in that direction. Each time I do a horror inspired character, I do get to baLOrKIn for advice and feedback 😁

I also appreciate it, when people show some love for Lyska. I know I'm somewhat stuck in development hell for her and Bramble's story ( 😭 ), so seeing other artists still try their best to imagine her life, really brings me nothing but joy.

baLOrKIn is also a powerhouse of an artist. He has an incredible vivid style, with strong texture work, an eye for details, and a unique sense for framing and colour theory. Even in an artwork like this, where it is about mundanity, it really comes through. I just love this scene so much.

The boss was planned to have three phases, becoming increasingly more enraged and less elegant. She was also planned to appear again in a second boss fight, but I never got around to design how she would have looked in the rematch.
