The people that play a lot understand pace of play and all of the unwritten rules and get frustrated by the casual players that don't have a clue. The infrequent travelers frustrate any seasoned traveler in my experience. 100

I only put my bag up in a bin close to my seat and if I have a lot of leg room I put my bag under the seat (see picture). I tend to put my winter coat in my checked bag in the winter. Also my argument applies strictly to one bag in the bin. 110
