For a proof of concept, I generated one from Gemini by feeding it an image of my source flat colour and shading. I touched it up and converted it to DirectX format before applying it to a new material with just the flat colour and a quick multiply node.

the eye tracking is still kinda wonky because 1. glasses glare and 2. i'm asian. i think i got it fixed with some nodes but push comes to shove i might switch to meowface tracking. by the by, mediapipe webcam tracking takes SO MUCH CPU resources omg. the legacy version is so much better with that.

I currently use an Artisul D16 from quite a while ago, and it's certainly showing its age as well, and doesn't quite have that Wacom polish. I recommend looking at Wacom's closest competitors like XP-Pen and Huion; if you want bang for your buck, those easily beat Wacom.
