Just had my first cooking experience with shiritake noodles. Was so interesting and cool I’ll be using them by default from now on. Almost exactly like regular pasta if a bit more flimsy yet with the same firmness.

Cooked Raine the 4 course meal I made our second date. Crostini with 2 different toppings, French onion soup, beauf bourginnion, and crème brûlée. Then watched inside Lewyn Davis(something Raine has wanted me to watch for forever) Then made cute cardboard animal figures Perfect Valentines
