When Mom played a bird/mouse video for her cat Angel, Angel tried to access the inside of the tv by climbing through the little door on the air conditioner hanging above it. Even though she was wrong, Mom thought it showed genius-level analytical skills.

The hardest thing about yoga is learning to listen to & work with your own body. It’s not about mirroring the teacher’s posture, it’s about feeling the correct alignment & working within your own range of motion, which can vary from session to session. It’s all good 🙏
