My partner will eat tofu with me, but only if it's soaked in beef broth first. This honestly defeats the purpose, in my opinion, and ruins the enjoyment for me. But last time I said something, I was (rightly) corrected for policing their diet. Any vegan recipes for a similar flavor?

Hi Molly, while I agree with your sentiment I can’t help but notice you used non-inclusive language. As someone who suffers from having friends with ADHD, using terms such as “stay focused” can be harmful. I think we can all agree it costs nothing to be inclusive.

People are so quick to block here. I have noticed that it often seems to be people that may be right-leaning that hide rather than engage. Sad, but better they than us. I usually find that if someone blocks automatically, they have a lot of guilt about the opinions they have expressed.
