Also if people in your community have even the smallest conflicting ideal or belief that could cause a rupture in your fanbase a siginificant one. And civil wars within a community thats unrelated to politics is a nightmare in the making. Theres way too many cons compared to the pros.

People know what they are getting into when they watch political streams. And political streamer is a path that leads to extremist beliefs just for clicks and views, there are multiple examples of this but i will not name names as your probably aware of some too.

People watch streamers to have fun, no one wants to be reminded of the current state of the world while trying to have fun, no one likes people preaching eighter, its just how that works. I mean if you build your career as a streamer as being a political streamer then its acceptable.
