Logged in to my @octopus.energy account tonight to a very unpleasant surprise. This is the latest salvo in a billing dispute that’s been going on since October. I’m complaining on social media because after this I’ll have no recourse except to complain to Ofgem.

Had to check activations too because I’m so old and decrepit now that my actual first purchases don’t show up there

The good news is that they won’t deny care! I do not know how this happened but I do know it made it easier to get an early covid jab because my BMI was..abnormal.
