lofty goal, today Want to finish login and character selection framework... want to implement the actual first game system, clientside. The only actual online function, so far, is sharing the large galaxy with anyone else who logs in.

few more currently, there are maybe 18 gas color combos, the moving cloud structures are unique procgen - there are 18 rocky surface combos x 5 atmosphere colors - just want some basic variation for now, to adjust distribution. later on, I'll blow it up with deeper layers and instructions.

It's not even the subscription gates, it's making any money off of IP or copyrighted/patented code. Depending on the company, even just getting tips for working on it could be flagged/illegal. Source - I ran a big name IP emulated mmorpg for almost a decade. For $0, so it could stay alive.
