Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 04/10/2026One thing I'm enjoying about watching AEW is getting to watch Jake Something matches on the regular. Absolute unit 💪 000
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 02/10/2026I hate that man so much 😂 Like you will get people who will scream 'grab his dick' wall to wall through a show. They are so tedious. If you're going to heckle at least be interesting 000
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 01/10/2026Can we take a moment to appreciate the appalling spear Persephone hit Marina Shafir with during their match? 001
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 01/10/2026My first horror film of October. This film rips but is also kind of sad. 000
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 01/10/2026The fact they had footage of him saying good bye from the memorial show they just got through doing simply compounds the tragedy of it all. Life really is cruel sometimes 000
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 01/10/2026Great show, jumped out my seat when I realised Osprey was going to go for the Black Arrow (they're right it wasn't quite as good as the man himself, but still pretty fucking good) Excalibur disappearing off the mic every now and then to cry absolutely broke me. 100
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 30/09/2026It'll be interesting to see how they've changed since then, Osprey is more brutal now for example 020
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 30/09/2026I haven't seen Osprey vs Ricochet since they were lighting the indies on fire all those years ago. Have they faced off in AEW before? 270
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 29/09/2026Getting the bus into Dublin was like the last plane out of Saigon this morning. People were actually attacking the bus trying to get in. 000
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 28/09/2026The UK consistently produces the greatest pro wrestlers in the world, if you need evidence then look no further than PAC's body of work. Truly a one of a kind athlete, somehow both a cutting edge modern wrestler whilst embodying the spirit of traditional British Wrestling. Truly an unspeakable loss. 010
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 26/09/2026Take time to make sure everyone was able to come to our shows. I'm sorry if I'm not getting this across well, just to be clear I agree with everything you're saying. 110
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 26/09/2026Accommodate people of all requirements. But every venue I had was fought for tooth and nail. I could only work with what I had, that said I think I'm going beyond your original point so I'm sorry. 😂 I just think more needs to be done from the top down to level the playing field. Then we could all 110
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 26/09/2026There isn't choice though! Not if you're a small promotion in a small town, you get the venue that will take you and that's probably your only choice. I want inclusivity, I agree with everything you're saying. I think you went to some of our shows, I'd like to think I could do everything I could to 200
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 26/09/2026Oh yeah agreed, but also some venues are older than those laws and structurally can't accommodate some users. I think the issue is institutional, investing more in the arts and hospitality industry would help them modernise. 110
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 26/09/2026Having no choice but to put wheelchair users at the front, which for a Deathmatch show I'd rather give people the choice to be further back from the action. Luckily every wheelchair user at our shows was very enthusiastically okay with being front row. 110
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 26/09/2026I think a lot of venues won't actually be aware of the problems presented by sticking a ring in the middle of their venue, unless the space is specifically designed with that in mind. Which to you point would be a matter of the booker getting a lay of the land beforehand. My biggest worry was 210
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 26/09/2026Booking shows really opens your eyes as to how many venues simply don't/can't accommodate to wheelchair users. It's a sad state of affairs. 110
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 25/09/2026Sure I have one. Before the tag match with Osprey on Dynamite the other day, Speedball mentioned his last experience tagging in AEW didn't end so well and then did a little sad face 😢 140
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 25/09/2026Wait, Sunn 0))) have a new fucking album since April?! I'm just beginning to realise how isolated I've been this past year. www.youtube.com/watch?v=FYWY...youtube.comXXANNYouTube video by Sunn 0))) - Topic 000
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 25/09/2026Yeah to be fair it has jumping on points as well so I'm not completely in the dark, the Ciampa/Okada story for example is so simple and clearly defined. 150
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 25/09/2026AEW is full of callbacks, it's kind of a problem as a newcomer, but the actual matches are good enough that I'm willing to stick with it until I'm caught up. Also Swerve is very cool. 4130
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 25/09/2026Deciding which two places to go to for lunch just now, first one I get to has an AI graphic in the window, so I went to the next one. If your front window looks like a boomer Facebook feed I'm probably not going to use your business. 010
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 23/09/2026It's the fact that they're paying as well, it's not that difficult to get a cauliflower ear just smash your ear into something 010
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 22/09/2026Girl, you must be my neglectful parents because you give my Wormwood 100
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 21/09/2026Watching a 'real' competition. Supporters of Trump also knew that he was lying, assuming that they are all being duped is missing the point. 000
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 21/09/2026Neither of those things are professional wrestling, that said, what you're failing to understand about both Wrestling and the MAGA movement is that they both rely on their audience's complicity. A pro wrestling show works because it's live audiences willfully take part in the illusion that they are 100
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 21/09/2026I thought I liked Batman Forever but it turns out I just like the Don Wilson UV scene, it's very short but my memory of it makes it feel like it was everything. 000
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 21/09/2026Natalya Neidhart has always been an uncomfortably weird person. 000
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 18/09/2026Two films from the Tate Modern and one in The Curzon in Soho, I miss London already 😭 000
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 17/09/2026That finsh on the main event is great, Mox gets to look like a credible threat and a villain whilst Akira, who got two near falls on him, looks like a plucky underdog. This is what it looks like when people are generous to each other 000
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 17/09/2026You aren't going to tell me Midsommar isn't a feel good film of the Summerstatic.klipy.comDani's Floral Crown in MidsommarALT: Dani's Floral Crown in Midsommar 000
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 17/09/2026I understand the logic it's just my first impression is that it's a very busy card 010
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 17/09/2026Because I noticed there's lots of tag matches? You don't even know what you're being pissy about 000
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 17/09/2026Are we going to have to sit through all the entrances? There's a lot of multi man matches on this card... 000
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 17/09/2026Ooh Edge kept his theme music? That's a nice little touch 000
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 17/09/2026Right, fuck it, I caved. I have started watching AEW. First thing I have noticed is jesus how many tag matches 200
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 16/09/2026The musical Pocket watch from For a Few Dollars more has pulled out of Ed Sheeran's tour 000
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 15/09/2026Had a wander around Highgate and saw a fox! I love seeing foxes, they're my favourite animal. Every time I see one I take it as a good omen. 000
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 12/09/2026Was my last day pootling around London and saw this and got my ticket immediately, absolutely stoked I got to see this. It's when things like this fall in your lap I remember why I love London 010
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 11/09/2026Instead of Bonesaw he fights Triple H and just gets destroyed, then the rest of the story is just about how Triple H is really cool and a great boss 010
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 11/08/2026Just going round saying 'couldn't make that today' about the most innocuous IPs possible 000
Hyll @hailsaitan.bsky.social · 05/08/2026I'm caught up, honestly I think this film could have done with even less explanation 000
