Yes, it's fair to expect it to not sell well if you have any knowledge of Pokemon spinoffs at all. They usually sell quite poorly, actually.
Out of the 100+ spinoffs, only 5 or so have managed to cross 3 million sold, which Pokopia almost certainly will be joining.
