Icy weather is an interesting way to see how highways infrastructure is being used through the winter. Late morning, and the frost is still on the untreated cycleway and pavement of our new Ringwood Road Transforming Travel route. Of course the critics claim no-one cycles. Go gingerly given icing.

Mayor Making in Poole tonight - outgoing Mayor Pete Miles did a great job. Incoming Mayor Mark Howell has big shoes to fill, but I'm sure will be excellent. The 777th mayor of Poole, quite a portentous number.
