I haven't heard of that before. if it works i might look into it

As much as i wish i could sync it between browser sessions, chrome only allows for 10kb of synced storage but 10mb of local. Each bookmark is about 300b so that 10kb would be gone before you know it. I'm also not dealing with server hosting and security and allat. I am by no means qualified.

working on adding tags to bluesky bookmarks. Hopefully this will help you sort through posts. (will include a search bar where you can query tags booru style)

The bluesky bookmarks extension, with a post shown as having the tags: "Meme", "Video Games", and "Image"

Bluesky bookmarks has hit 1000 weekly active users! Thank you everyone, I didn't think that something i made in a few days would be my most popular project. A Firefox version and pages, which should help with people with lots of bookmarks, are coming as soon as they get accepted.

(that 3.98/yr price is pretty just a flat out lie. its prob gonna be like $20 a year after and increase for like $5 every 2 years)

so youd just go to a dns host of your choice (for example i use namecheap) and you just chuck in the domain you want and you can rent it.

domain registration price for roogogato.art, listed at $3.98/yr and then $25.98/yr

Your handle can be any web domain you own, there are some services where you can get a free bluesky handle which would be good if you dont know how to set it all up. But if you want you can also buy a domain (usually a yearly subscription) and set that up to be your handle.
