It helps reduce the "forgetting a task" anxiety on a very major level, and the physicality helps commit to memory AND creates a nice satisfying feeling when you complete a list. I have a little tray I place completed lists in. I don't always complete ALL tasks on the list, but I do bring them over

I like to make physical to-do lists. It's a genuine adaptation to my severe ADHD (AuDHD??) that has done wonders for my life. The physical list is always in the same place, I always know its there, and I've built a habit of writing down everything I need to do so it doesn't bounce around in my mind

its the most thrilling and exhilarating multiplayer gameplay I've done in years. it does ask a certain threshold of loss tolerance, but the raid difficulty itself is not primarily in the final boss fight. It's in learning the map and how to move through it towards a goal and keep objective in mind
