I guess the same rules apply to cabin luggage, but with the note that you have to be comfortable explaining to a security agent that it's a sex toy. They won't be upset - they've seen it all before.

If you're talking about your hold luggage, then unless it's something specifically prohibited (ie dangerous), which it won't be, then you can take whatever you want without issue.
