I've had a look. 111 is the emergency prescription number. You can also go to a pharmacy but they'll probably want to see evidence of your previous prescription; unless it's the same pharmacy which deals with your regular repeat.

I'm not sure what the NHS short number helplines are but here you can ring NHS 24 and they can access your care record and inform a pharmacy of an emergency prescription to cover an appt/repeat gap.

your GP practice is under a legal obligation/standard of care where they have to, by law, maintain a care program which includes a review of treatment the only circumstance is if they've chosen to remove you from their practice; which they haven't and it's very unlikely they would

okay don't do that, do not stop your meds intentionally like that if you cannot get an appt then you go to A&E or maybe the pharmacy you usually use. You call the doctors and *tell them* your situation and ask for the solution. Quite often a medication review is just a form that they can send you.
