Lol. Still slowly making improvements and organizing things. Going to add new lighting this week.

Albert is still the character I feel closest to in any media.

Slowly adding movies by label / year / loose connections. No real order though. I can finally work on art again after an exhausting week.

Watched Frankenhooker (1990) in 4k from @synapsefilms.bsky.social. Wish Patty Mullen had been in more films (and had more screentime in this).

Clearing out this old wood from my closet and have to remove these cursed old nails with brute force after digging to find them buried in paint and wood. Feels like the start of a horror movie.

Remodeling my movie closet so I'll share some stuff that's floating around right now.

Rereading this as I figure out some watercolor process and material stuff. This book is dry as hell but it touches on all the maddening things that preoccupy anyone that works in watercolor but no one really talks about (because it's boring and neurotic). Highly recommended.

Denise in little sketchbook. Just having fun and letting things be wonky. #fountainpen #ink

This is essentially a color mixing study on an existing sketch that didn't really work. Still find it useful to work like this to try things out and get comfortable failing more often. Helps to figure out limitations in materials and/or abilities. #watercolor #sketchbook

Beyond the Sea is such a great X-Files episode. So many Twin Peaks connections. Makes it feel like the closest thing to Control. Brad Dourif and Gillian Anderson are so good.
