3 different fabrics from Tilda's Chic Escape range, the main one has a green background with a teal coloured stylised peacock - tail folded down surrounded by pink peony flowers. A second grey fabric has ginger jars with pink motifs and the 3rd fabric is a yellow background with pink roses and white babies breath. There is a transparent, perspex ruler with inch markers on the left - with the green fabric showing through. And a lime green rotary cutter on the right, with the blade showing - implying cutting is about to begin.

An even closer shot of the dead centre of the quilt - where, only about 2cm high, the number 50 has been used as quilting lines. The thread used is a similar colour to the duck egg blue background so the effect is subtle, almost hidden.

A small patchwork quilt being used as a table cloth, made up of individual love heart shapes appliqued to squares that have then been sewn into a grid pattern. An open bottle of wine and a poured glass sit on top of the quilt.

The same quilt hung up. It shows all 36 love hearts in a 6 x 6 grid. The hearts are in different shades of teals / turquoises, mustard yellows, pinks and dark charcoal greys and blacks. Some are patterned with lines, styilised flowers and mushrooms. Some have rose gold foiling. The grid is bordered in another greenish teal.

A close up of the quilt showing the hearts are appliqued with a blanket stitch that reflects some of the other colours used in the hearts themselves.

A single heart applique in a dark pink colour on a white background being used as a fridge magnet - it's helping to hold up a watercolour picture of a cornflower and an abstract image in blue on white.

Patchwork blocks in four different designs creating simple geometric patterns. Created via a method known as strip piecing where rectangles of different coloured fabric - bold, bright ones combined with an off-white in this instance - are sewn together, then subcut into smaller pieces, then resewn to create a variety of checkerboard, hashed and crossed patterns.
