This Saturday I will be talking about music traditions in Japanese history and Shamisen's women empowering role. But the department I lecture is full of luthiers so I practically learned about 68 stages of shamisen-making. I feel empowered.

Ever since the genocide got accelerated on October 2023 and goes on before our eyes, I feel half dead. Whenever I feel some joy, I feel guilty. Whenever I achieve something, I feel guilty. Whenever I complain about getting cold, I feel guilty. Israel also traumatizes the world through this genocide.
