finished comm #art

A two part illustration of a male dark elf with long, messy black hair and blood red eyes. He wears a yellow cloak over his torso and silver armor pieces with swirling designs on his arms and legs.

On the left he is depicted with his hood up, in a confident pose, holding a golden war hammer with an unusually long neck over his shoulder.

On the right; a bust where his hood is down. He tilts his head, gazing at the viewer with a gentle grin. A flower is tucked behind his right ear.

#ffxiv looking the part

digital illustration of ryne (when she was called minfilia) sat on the ground, lightly hunched. she levels an inscrutable stare at the viewer. her dress has been torn and altered so it looks more like that of her namesake's. in her hands she loosely holds one of her daggers and the remaining fabric ripped from one of her sleeves. she bleeds from somewhere underneath her chin. a smaller drawing shows her neck, where her collar has been cut in half and tied around a small blue crystal, resembling the word of the mother's necklace. the crystal has nicked her throat, causing the aforementioned bleeding.

rabbit named Wolf #ffxiv #art #ocsky

3 illustrations of my viera oc, Lobo, over a gradient background with an overlay of a screenshot from Mare Lamentorium. Lobo is a male viera with gynecomastia. He has thick, dark fur. His bangs fall to cover his eyes, obscuring his dark irises and bushy brows most of the time. His ears are those of a lop, drooping beside his face.

From left to right:

The first full body illustration sees Lobo in some kind of thin undergarment / pajama set that shows off his arms, legs, and tummy. He is a hairy man, with visible hair on his arms, legs, and trailing down his abdomen. He even has fur that covers his neck ending in a tuft in the center of his chest. His feet are shaped like paws and he has a cottontail. There are scars on the left side of his abdomen, just above his hip.

The bust features Lobo glaring at the viewer through his bangs, which have been partially moved out of his eyes for a clearer view of them. His eyes are black, with some iridescent flecks of color. He has two beauty marks beside his nose and one under his left eye. There is a black gem embedded in the center of his forehead, with dark veins winding outwards grom it.

The third illustration features Lobo in his "default" attire. He wears black pants over a leather shirt. His right arm features plate armor from his shoulder down to his fingertips. He is similarly armored from the knee down, with his sabatons featuring a four-toe claw design. On his left arm, he wears only a gauntlet and an indigo, cropped half-bolero gambison. An indigo cape is tossed over his left shoulder as well, held in place with a crescent moon brooch identical to the ones that the Loporits wear. He wears his hood down. In his right hand, he wieldes a rapier with an ornate thorn design hilt guard.

did you get enough love, my little dove? #ffxiv #art #ocsky #rkggüi

A picture of my wol, Nerhgüi, depicted as a child in a tender scene with his parents before their deaths. He is about 4 years old in this image, slightly hunched over with his back facing the viewer; his general body language conveying anxiety. Uyanga—a statuesque female xaela with rust-colored skin and red hair—is seated on the right, towering over Anit—a small male raen with ice-blonde waves and an ocre complexion interrupted by patches of pale skin—who sits to the left. Uyanga holds Nerhgüi in her lap as she gently rubs his back, while Anit holds a lock of the child's hair in one hand and a pair of ornate scissors in the other. There is a strip of fabric draped across Anit's lap to catch the hair and he wears a bright yet gentle expression, perhaps singing or speaking softly with Nerhgüi to comfort him. They each seem to be matching their son in one way or another; Uyanga wears a cobalt blue deel with straw-gold accents, cinched with a thick leather belt; Anit is enrobed a sky blue kaftan that features an alternating pattern of tiles and stripes, tied at the waist with a sash. Meanwhile their son, Nerhgüi, wears a sky blue vest with red accents over a golden-yellow deel with sleeves long enough to cover his small hands. They all appear well dressed for Nerhgüi's first haircut.

Kainé from NieR Replicant, holding a white cube. Half her face is covered with old Windows-sytle Notepad windows saying "KAINÉ ARENT YOU FORGETTING SOMETHING IMPORTANT...?" . Behind her are more windows in the same style sporting error messages and a command panel. Tears can be seen from behind the notepad windows.

All of my ocs get custom clothes / outfits because they are People to me and people have distinct styles and aesthetics they gravitate towards and I'm very particular EVEN when said clothes are just to make my character look pretty.

Unironically? Nerhgüi would probably "kin" his primary inspiration, 2B from nier:automata. But he's the kind of person that doesn't really Get it. It's just that after someone explains it once he claims her as a kin and then never really thinks about it again, lmao.

Honestly clothes are my achilles heel. Not because I'm bad at putting outfits together or drawing them, but because they're very important to me and I'm very resistant to drawing any inspo / refs I CAN find one to one lmao

tumblr text post by spiribia: I think it's fine if somebody describes a piece of media as life changing and earth shattering and bone shaking and it doesn't do much for you. I don't think the person who said that owes you an apology or anything. that's just the nature of people being different people
