Being a dadcademic means waking up mega early to get some alone and quiet time for writing but then having your 3-year-old wake up mega early with you so your writing time gets spent helping trace letters instead of revising a manuscript.

Also finished my @keancmj Communication as Critical Citizenship course yesterday. I taught them how to be more confident public speakers. They taught me how to properly use the new phrase "type sh*t." I think this is exactly how Freire would have wanted it.
