We build and apply optical and epigenomic sequencing tools to map gene regulation across scales, from single molecules to genome-wide circuits, particularly in the context of cancer biology and with an initial focus on ecDNA. (2/5)

I am incredibly excited to share that I will be joining CRUK CI. My lab will continue to bridge the gaps between high-resolution imaging and genomic contexts to reveal how the spatial organization of DNA, RNAs, and proteins influences cancer cell behavior and related molecular vulnerabilities.
