Wurm did survive the last session of book three of blood lords, so that means new fit going into book four!

People need to grasp that yes, while Bruce Straley did co-direct stuff like The Last of Us and Uncharted 2 & 4, he hasn't worked at Naughty Dog since 2017, and his big reasons for leaving were burnout, and wanting to experiment more in game dev. He realized where the AAA industry was going.
