I devoured California Bear. Matilda Finnerty is one of Duane Swierczynski's best characters, the cliffhangers are absolutely ruthless, and the afterword gives the story a depth I won't even try to explain. Read it.

I still need to find 7-8 regular/monthly lettering gigs to enable me to continue paying my mortgage! My experience includes: • 23 years as a full-time letterer for Marvel, DC, Image, etc • 30 years handling print/pre-press/production tasks • 20 years hitting non-stop weekly deadlines for 2000AD
