I love gamedev cause it makes me focus on many things: writing, drawing, music. Especially the latter - I used to play, but I've never been very good. Making music for my games scratches that itch. Here's the theme from Farty Party's, the frustrating mini-game from The Will of Arthur Flabbington.

If I had a nickel for every World Cup where Spain doesn't win the first game due to a player born in Cape Verde then beats Portugal 1-0 in the ko phase and eventually wins the final 1-0 after extra time while a man up, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.

I'm revisiting the code for Dinner at the Gugas for the Jampilation and I'm thinking I really need to do another game like that, a simple "choose your own adventure" where every choice affects what will happen in the future. For a game made in 7 days, it wasn't that bad.

But when @tallstorygames.bsky.social sent me the voice lines, the vibes were off, so I had to redo the sprites.
