Things have been quiet the on the kit front, namely due to another ongoing printer issue. I think it's about time I got a new one to help out our poor lone printer that's been keeping up with everything so far! Photo unrelated but good to look at. #modelrailway #3dprinting #narrowgauge #kitbuilding

While we're sorting out things in the garden department (kit restock soon!) I'm working away on some TT related things. Namely, standard gauge for the first time! Seen here posed up next to the narrow gauge kits we already make. #modelrailway #tt120

Please note batteries, RC elements and switches are not included.A Fletcher Jennings E Class, built from the idea of the B Class prior, is an 0-4-0T locomotive made for branch railways and quarries. Two examples were built for the 3ft 2in Dorking Greystone Lime Company, named "Townsend Hook" and "William Finley" in early 1880s. Both saw improvements over the years, before ultimately being sold off in the 1960s.

First of all a wagon based on the Plynlimon and Hafan Tramway 5 Ton, now preserved at the Vale of Rheidol Railway, followed by a freelance variant with 3-planks. Next, a freelance wagon based on the Snailbeach District Railway chassis, with duel tanks on top. Partly inspired by something similar that ran on the Talyllyn Railway. OUT NOW The NG7 / O-16.5 Gauge "Hawin" Mineral 0-4-0T locomotive body kit. Link here: www.ebay.co.uk/itm/35876690... A freelance 0-4-0 inspired by the many early OO9 models, designed to fit the Bachmann Quarry Hunslet chassis (not included). #modelrailway #narrowgauge #trains
The "Hawin" engine (as it has been nicknamed) is a off the shelf mineral tank, designed to an 0-4-0T configuration built in 1912 to be used on various tramways and industrial lines across the world. It is currently unknown what origins this locomotive has, or even who it was built by but several examples of this type have been seen on countless railways, heritage or working across the years. It takes a lot of design cues from Andrew Barclay engines, but the resemblance is only superfluous.

OUT NOW A OO9 Gauge release, the Kerr Stuart "Waterloo" locomotive. Link here: www.ebay.co.uk/itm/35866802... It is designed to fit the Bachmann Peter Sam chassis with some slight modifications, making it a representative of the class in 2ft Gauge. #modelrailway #narrowgauge #oo9gauge
The "Waterloo" class of locomotive is a 0-4-2T standard design created and built by Kerr Stuart and Company. Most examples ran on standard gauge rails, one being for the Corringham Light Railway. Many were built for 3ft gauge railways across the years, one running at the Redlake Tramway.

It is designed to fit the Bachmann Peter Sam chassis with some slight modifications, thus some creative liberties have been taken to make it a representative of the class on 2ft Gauge. This resin printed kit, comes with a single body piece, x1 cab roof section and x1 static chassis.

Another new angle we decided to do was exclusively release a new kit or two to the public. That being the NG7 1920s "Palmerston" and a new addition to the OO9 Gauge Wee Tich family, the "Wee George"
"Palmerston" painted up in colours reminiscent to "Duke", no other reason than I thought it'd be fun! Annoyingly the wheels are an older test version so they didn't stay in place as well as I hoped. The "Wee George" is probably my favourite Tich so far. Though I am a bit bias in that regard. While this is a 0-4-2ST, obviously the Englands aren't, I think it works quite well for the vibe it fits. And that's not to say a tendered version won't be made. Just need to get some more wheels...

Got a triple release! An O9 Gauge Class 04 inspired diesel aswell as a Heywood tram variant of the Ursula locomotive. The trams fit the popular Kato 11-109 while the outside crank variant fits an Farish 08. Get them here: www.ebay.co.uk/usr/gubbin-b... #modelrailway #3dprinting #narrowgauge
This kit is intended to be a diesel locomotive based on the BR Class 04, scaled down to Minimum Gauge as a sort of "What if" BR had built 15inch gauge railways instead of standard gauge railways, specifically when fitted with tramskirts for road running. Designed to fit the Kato 11-109 chassis."Arthur" is a tramway locomotive in the style of Sir Arthur Heywood locomotives for use on minimum gauge tramways and mineral lines. If minimum gauge had taken off, a few probably would have housed tram engines running the lines that weaved through streets and farmlands. To that end, many would have to be adapted to suit, thus the Heywood Tram. Bolted on side plates to stop any sheep or badgers from getting underneath the locomotive during travel!

This kit is intended as a tram version of the Heywood "Shelagh" and "Ursula" locomotive which ran at Eaton Hall, to fit the KATO 11-109.As minimum gauge railways took hold over the years, the UKs most heavy industrial lines needed to modernise quickly in order to keep up with the world. In 1952, several of these types were supplied by Drewry Car Co, to be used as departmental diesel shunters in the various yards, quarries or tramways. The class was widely used by BMR (British Minimum Railways), being the popular choice for shunter. Though due to a large amount of surplus, the class started to see a big decline as larger diesel locomotives started being built; such as the "Ashford" class. They found another popular spot in heritage railways through the years, as a number of them are preserved.

This kit is intended to be a diesel locomotive based on the BR Class 04, scaled down to Minimum Gauge as a sort of "What if" BR had built 15inch gauge railways instead of standard gauge railways. Designed to fit the Graham Farish 08 chassis.

In the early 1880s, Heywood produced a luggage van on bogies that also acted as a guards van at one end. Little is generally known about this van, but it to was eventually sold to the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway during their gauge conversion in 1916. However it only lasted a very short time in service, deemed too heavy for the mixed trains the Ravenglass took then. Used therefore as a hut and chickencoop but it's ultimate demise in the 1940s.Sir Arthur Heywood produced a Dining Carriage, that served up to eight passengers the finest dining experience. One was built in 1894, eventually ending up in the hands of the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway after gauge conversion in the 1920s. Here the dining setting inside was removed for more conventional passenger seating, until it was withdrawn in the 1940s.Sir Arthur Heywood produced a Sleeper Carriage, that housed four beds and a single wash basin to live in. One was built in 1894, eventually ending up in the hands of the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway after gauge conversion in the 1917 where to it had been rebuilt to commedate conventional passenger seats with the removal of the births. Randell has taken up the reigns to make sure all is good on Gadwall Estate with a new engine. Milkdrop popped over from the station to see what the fuss is. Been trying to find time to get more of the layout done, but things keep getting in the way of progress! #miniatures #animalfolk #modelrailway

Also out is a static Duffield Bank "Effie" ! She was Sir Arthur's first locomotive constructed for the Duffield Bank Railway in 1875. Named after his wife, she was largely an experiment for his ambitions in getting minimum gauge railways off the ground. Link here: www.ebay.co.uk/itm/35685115...

Lord Gadwall broke the silence; "what do you think my dear fellow?" Randell did a double take. "It might be a bit too... tiny? Perhaps, for us." But the Lord didn't reply, he merely considered the possibilities of what else he could purchase in time. #miniatures #ttrpg #modelrailways #narrowgauge
A photo posed on Gadwall Estate, as Randell the Ferret and Lord Gadwall himself inspect over Randell's newest creation, a smaller Effie. Locos and miniatures are 3D resin printed kits made by myself.
