One of those unique moments where you just sit there, in the right spot and simply gaze at the reflections and sky. Quite a breathtaking sunset in St Ouens Bay here in Jersey, stunning even. 📸🍷 #ColorADay #OrangeSun #Stunday #photography #sunset #jersey #beach

Sunset photo taken where a stream flows in to the sea taking a meandering path as it does so. A spectacular setting sun has dropped below the horizon but a glow of dark red to orange remains with just a glimpse of blue sky higher up where wispy clouds remain. The orange sky reflects off the stream which is surrounded by a sandy beach almost as if in silhouette it is so dark.

Les Échréhous reef just off Jersey, a shot for #RockinTuesday #TidesOutTuesday #ColorADay #BlueTue #photography #jersey #eck #BlueSkyArtShow With a 40ft tidal range it is amazing to think that in the space of a few hours the reef will be covered by the sea. A truly magical place to visit.

Photo looks along a pebble reef towards some fishermen’s cottages. A couple are sat having a picnic. A vibrant clear blue sky with not a cloud in sight. Taken at the height of summer and aligns with the photo challenge themes of tides out, rocks and the colour blue.
