Wyoming is a small state but somehow has the funds to support not one, but two ICE detention centers. In 2019, DHS put out an RFI, soliciting bids for putting ATMs in each detainment center. As of 2019, WY has at least 2, in Cheyenne and in Casper. And where they are is...quite telling. 🧵 1/3

This Request for Information, filed by DHS in 2019, has the list of every detainment center in the US (as of 2019). Take a look to see where your state has them. Wyoming's are, as of 2019, in Casper and Cheyenne. We don't yet know if there are more, but it is very likely.
