I updated the blog by adding two more phrases.

Read the Room - Read the Room means observing a group of people and understanding their mood and feelings so you can change your actions and words to fit in. However, this is ableist because neurodivergent people can't process social cues the same way neurotypical people can, and it is definitely harder to process social cues online than in person.

Take a Hint - Similar to "Read the Room", it means to understand an indirect clue, sign, or suggestion without someone having to say it directly. Again, this is ableist for the same reasons that "Read the room" is. If you want neurodivergent people to understand, be direct with them and communicate clearly.
