it took a little while but I managed to log all the books I have read throughout my entire life. I'm sure some are missing but I love how the number ended at a crisp 100. #booksky

If *anything* is relevant in an oligarchy, it either helps the oligarchy or does not affect it negatively.

#Connections Puzzle #687 🟦🟦🟦🟦 🟪🟪🟪🟪 🟩🟩🟩🟩 🟨🟨🟨🟨 I am absolutely dogshit at this game but today was stupidly easy, especially the purple one. I was really excited to find the blue one first because I thought that would have been purple but no, the purple one was the one I thought would be yellow one.

#booksky any fictional recs with no focus on morality OR a very skewed and weird sense of morality? something without the classic "good guys against bad guys" or "morally grey guys doing good things with or without believing he is doing good or bad things". where everything the characters do (1/2)

#fitnesssky finally below 130kg! 3.5kg in a month, especially at such a disgustingly high weight is nothing remarkable but it's god-like compared to the last few years of my life, hopefully i can stick to my deficit and continue on! MyNetDiary and a simple kitchen scale are my strongest weapons

#booksky #bookishqotd Is anyone else not a big fan of graphical or real representations of fictional characters? Nothing against the actor, art, or artists; I just prefer visualising the character in my head rather than looking at them.

i don't like many things and I'm not sure if I'm doing this correctly but whatever, #promosky . funny stuff where the selling point is shock humour (family guy, rick and morty, etc) . cute animals, especially cats . astrophysics . fantasy books . agnosticism . discussing philosophy . coc and cr

@rickriordan.bsky.social #booksky #bookishQOTD #QOTD would you read books similar to PJO if the morality aspect was skewed? there wouldn't be any 'good guys' or 'bad guys', just people (main characters) doing whatever they want for their self interest.

question for ppl with e-readers: would you dip your hand in boiling hot water to go from normal books to your e reader if it was taken away from you? i will have to ask my parents to buy it even if it's with money i earned and I'd rather not do that lol #booksky

why do i spend my time scrolling through YouTube shorts with a frown on my face because most of them are absolute garbage when I can just read a really lovely book instead? does my brain just need all that stimulation

Why do books have so many wasted blank spaces at the start? I'm not talking about it from an environmental perspective, is there a known reason or is it just one of those things that someone did in the industry and it stuck? (I haven't read it yet btw, no spoilers please)

I'm going to write my first ever novel! It won't be perfect, anyone with a formal literature education will probably scoff at it, but I don't care, I'm gonna write a sci fi novel because I love the story that I came up with and want to watch it come to life.

I lost my old bookmark (an awesome red and black t-shirt tag) so I tore a bit of the cover off my notebook. dog-earing is blasphemy.
