Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 06/10/2026If your going down that route, series Landrover. But I can't justify running cost anymore. Mine had to earn their keep. 110
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 06/10/2026I am not really, but have a good friend who restores and fix's landies , MGs etc. I go up to his workshop and twiddle under guidance. Otherwise I am just slapping lanalin oil everywhere. 120
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 06/10/2026Phone cameras are good for that. It's mostly solid, it was restored 25 years ago, but has been let go a bit. Not looking for a show car, daily driver level and just keep nibbling away. Fun on a budget. 110
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 05/10/2026Doris, some studebaker influence by the Raymond Loewy design team, apparently. 280
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 05/10/2026Had to Google, nice! Bit to muscle car for me. 60s family bricks with chrome bits are my flavour. Probably why I got Doris, bits of American influence, chrome, 4 doors etc. Yet pocket size. 130
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 04/10/2026I love old American cars, sadly just to big a thirsty for where I live. 120
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 30/09/2026My car is 2 years older than me...and probably has less falling off. 010

Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 15/07/2026Half marathon next week! I haven't been to Anglesey since my teens. I have a mental block of the place, I think my parents caused burnout, we went that often 🤦 010
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 07/07/2026So, star spangled banner budgy smugglers are a no then? 030
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 07/07/2026I have never particularly been a flag person, but they never really bothered me. The last few years though they have become more divisive. A shame for the regular decent football supporters. 020
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 04/07/2026Likely just a really free flowing cassette, took you by surprise. Very occasionally, wifely's purse is the same. 010
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 04/07/2026If you have a scrap roll, I wound just run it through for peace of mind, but just put it down to a quirky thing that will likely never happen again. 100
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 04/07/2026Cyanotype master, achieved, film type recognition - white belt. 😉 220
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 04/07/2026Dog walks are my time away from, well, everything! I am happy to talk to no one. My most used phrase is "head up" to the many with their head buried in their phone. 🤷 120
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 24/06/2026The crimped edge of pasty was traditionally left, so won't judge. 120
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 23/06/2026Which @afternoontea.bsky.social said in far fewer words 🤣 120
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 23/06/2026A wise man once told me, producing as near to perfect (as you can) negative/raw file? Allows you the flexibility to edit it to how you want it. Rather than putting time in trying to correct. Views will differ on that 😂 Don't come at me. 130
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 23/06/2026"baby on board, keep your distance" bumper stickers. You've got to drive really close just to read them. 030
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 23/06/2026Think doubling, every other one. 2-4-8 etc. 1.4-2.8-5.6 etc (a little round up/down occasionally) 000
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 23/06/2026I constant juggle with them mentally when figuring out stuff. Kinda second nature now. 030
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 15/06/2026Bad enough when the family slide show used to come out, imagine being shown generic commercial collections, at the cheese a wine night 🤣 100
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 15/06/2026If you look top right of the pile, the colour pack? That's a similar set. Clearly bought a a souvenir, and there is a black and white set of the cheddar Gorge. Not a bad job to do! 210
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 15/06/2026In fact, I photographed it using really long exposure, for Fp4Party years ago. 030
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 15/06/2026That's cool! I acquired a bunch 20/30s in an auction lot. 120
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 15/06/2026Absolutely, there were lots of kits that made it doable at home. Or you just got creative if you knew a bit about it. By then small enlarger would have been more accessible too. 110
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 15/06/2026Cool! Bigger cameras, bigger film meant bigger prints. They even had postcard size ones. 130
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 15/06/2026Likely the original prints then were contact size, the vast majority were. Enlarging was costly for consumers back then. Looked good in an album. I did a liitle project back along. 150
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 15/06/20262¼ x 3¼ covered loads of boxes and folders of all price ranges. 110
Ashley @grumpyfck.bsky.social · 15/06/2026Lol, excellent! I have been called to a house that pulled the bedroom breast. That cost him 😂static.klipy.comMr Bean: Hammaya RelaxedALT: Mr Bean: Hammaya Relaxed 110
