I remember when the Biden administration immediately began to put guardrails into place when ChatGPT first came out. One of the very first things Trump did -- and I think he did it on inauguration day -- was cancel all AI safety initiatives. So we see how well tech guys are doing policing themselves

I attended two conferences this week that focused on AI. The reaction to super intelligence was met with laughter. I think it is more dangerous. However I was relieved he didn't call it Trump Intelligence

What would be helpful is if people understood how vast the WH press pool is. It's beyond the same people you see asking questions in the press room. I have a friend who was a WH reporter who never appeared on TV but was part of the press pool on 9-11.

I'd guess the majority of Meuser's constituents have no idea where Panama is, let alone the historical significance. I grew up in that district and, well, I know first-hand that geography and history aren't strong points in the social media accounts I follow.

See, when you live in PA, articles about convenience stores are common. It's a THING here. The Sheetz/Wawa rivalry is real. I think once a week the Inquirer has an article about Wawa (which is awesome btw). They are part of the culture in ways no other state experiences.
