Made some coconut caramel cookies last night. The recipe said they'd take about an hour and a half to do, they ended up taking 5 hours They are super decadent and delicious, though. They taste just like the Girl Scout ones but better

I forgot to post this amazing picture I took at the Grand Canyon a few months back. Managed to take it at the perfect time to have the setting sun light up the building before it went down a minute later
