All across the country, DSA chapters are mobilizing to say: we are ready to run AOC for President, we are ready for a socialism to win in 2028, and we are ready to build this organization for the next 100,000 members, and the next, into the millions, until we have a mass party that cannot be denied.

Last Sunday, GW's NPC members voted for the NPC to decide on a potential presidential endorsement by March 2027— following the precedent by which DSA endorsed Bernie Sanders in 2020. Our statement on the vote is below:

We are proud to share this piece from GWers members including @allthingslabor.bsky.social. GW sees campaigns as vehicles to build the organization- but building does not mean just riding coattails, particularly when it comes to candidates who have refused the responsibility of working alongside us.

As Fran Hong is set to advance to the general election in Wisconsin tonight, DSA must commit itself to viewing our work as expansionary and party building. Getting masses of people moving toward where we need them to go should always be the goal.
