I think it is clear that there is less bang for the buck in rural development. I expect the character of the rural zones in many attractive remote work places (ID, CO, MA, UT) has changed post COVID. Real estate price increases in rural areas could be a datapoint to include in the analysis.

How often have these appellate judges overturned recently. All there cases are decided based on political leanings rather than existing law. They send lots of BS decisions up to SCOTUS to give the SCOTUS 6 a chance to make new law BUT 4 out of 5 are overturned. Not the look a real law school wants.

The limits of justice are clear in the desire of Edelman to deny the discovery motion and provide relief only to the extent of dismissal with predjudice. Semafor is cleaning up Axios’ mildly censorious reporting of Trump failure. Axios reported it was “MOSTLY self-inflicted” - Semafor changed this to a “partly self inflicted”. It is true that “mostly” is also “partly” but it is sad that Semafor couldn’t be as hard on Trump as Trump-fawning AXIOS.
