Also, if you have huge phone/conflict anxiety, this is the cheapest exposure therapy you can have. It's low risk/high reward, for something that is beneficial to everyone, with a person that is paid to be nice to you. Even if all you do is spend 5 minutes on a phone, that's 5 minutes they pay for.
