Once night has masked the bashful blush of day,
her ominous, familiar footsteps fall.
Maybe she'll pass, just saunter on her way?
Yet here's the truth: she's here to take it all.

Ruination! Panic! What's left to do?
Once targeted, the options may seem slim
but breathe, collect, and think the whole thing through.
It's not so bad! The outlook's not so grim!

Now with some plans on how to make things right,
bumbling burglars will shortly pay the price
and trespassers may flee when forced to fight.
No? Then perhaps alarms make them think twice.

Know this, you thieves, you robbers of the roost:
Stay out or be repelled! (And then seduced?)

Happy 25th birthday, The Sims! At the cafeteria today, they had gummy bear 🐻 pancakes 🥞 and the novelty part of my brain won out over the practical part of my tummy and I got em. I’m the Sim now, babyyy

🥳 The MySims Cozy Bundle is releasing tomorrow, 16 years after Kingdom first dropped! 🥳 I didn’t work directly on either of these, though I did playtest Kingdom early (and then joined the team for Agents) I still have my old Wii copies but I’m most excited to play with my kids more easily now!
