This far out, I still have some long COVID symptoms. Occasionally my heart will race. If I push too hard physically I may still get 3 days of post exertion malaise. I’m always worried about the next pandemic. I know from the folks saying “I don’t have it in me” that I’m not the only one.

As long as there is a Covid vaccine im getting it. I don’t remember (probably a good thing) most of lying in my apartment for 9 weeks- with a pounding head and fevers, with the state coming by once a week to swab my nose bc I had a long shedding strain.

I always get my flu and Covid vaccines on my days off. I shouldn’t have let it get this far into the season but I got it taken care of. I do it on my day off because I get a raging 24 hour headache.

My birthday is in less than a month. I’ve already been working in healthcare for more than half my life. The main thing I think that is important to me is that I always want to be part of helping people. I don’t know. I need to research the industry.

Sometimes I wonder if I would like being a mortician. I really do. I’d like to go to law school but I don’t see how I can do that but mortician school at a community college might be something I could swing. Because I don’t know if I can keep being a nurse for more than 5 more years.

I have dental ptsd from childhood along with other ptsd and the numbing shot was the most painful I’ve endured. The dentist went back in for another shot and I flinched away. I’ve told him before but he looked so sad for me. He gave me time and I got the rest of the shots.

So I didn’t get my partial today bc the root canal was more involved and they said it would be very painful to use a partial right now but it’s paid for. I am having a vertigo attacks because of the length of time I was upside down. It was so painful. I took anxiety meds before I came.
