I had lots of fun at the Nintendo Museum ^^. They had stations where you could play 7 minutes of a game for 1 of the 10 coins they provide for interactive attractions. It took me 3 coins to finish SMW ^^... Not Speedrun worthy, but still proud of it 💪

Ok, I made a video on how to install and use Cubism in Linux using the Bottles software as an intermediary. Bottles is an app that let's you install and run Windows Apps. Even though it runs, IDK if you would be able to activate or if you will be able to use all the features that are available...

In the end I decided to buy a new graphics card and move to Team Red, so now I'm ready for Wilds ^^

I found a way to run #MonsterHunterWilds on #Fedora 41 with my RTX2060 with better settings and no crashes 😆! It worked by using GE-Proton9-23 and adding this line to the Launch Options: PROTON_HIDE_NVIDIA_GPU=1 PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 VKD3D_DISABLE_EXTENSIONS=VK_NV_low_latency2 %command%

Besides the glitches, at least it runs better than on the Deck, and I've seen people being able to run it on Linux on beefy AMD GPUs without problems, but I'm not interested on doing that investment... yet... At least I'll try to stream the Open Beta using a 2 PC setup until it crashes 🤣. 🧵...

Any setting change in the benchmark or in my PC would make the glitches to get worse until the tool crashes. I'm still willing to test more stuff, but at least I know that there are some things in the works on the Linux side that could improve things drastically in the future. 🧵...

Ok, here are my #MonsterHunterWilds benchmark tool results when running on #Fedora 41. Even if the frame rate was good enough to enjoy the game, I can't say that this was a flawless experience. I saw some artifacts while the game was running, so I'm not confident that it won't crash. 🧵...
