Part 9: We'd much rather see artists and studios work together through inspiration, permission, and commissions than have situations like this happen at all, where its boiled down to "No one can own this or that", which only causes harm to everyone involved.

Part 5: Whether people believe the Bat Dragon was inspired by my design from 2014 or not, is up to them. We, along with many others, believe the similarities are significant and unlikely to be entirely coincidental, but only the original Bat Dragon designer/model maker truly knows what happened.

Part 3: In a perfect world the design on the original model being tweaked would be a respectful way to continue, but we don't expect that, and my free design was for the dev team to decide if they felt it was something they had to do. Since its not the first time they have done redesigns.

Nothing happens unfortunately, except we know where they stand. If they just ignore this, it makes it seem like this is probably not the first design they have done this to, and wont be the last.

I think these are all great :D the model is not the issue, so all original variants of the batdragon are fine. Wings on a dog is the majority of all furry Oc's. Canine + another animal part xD The original batdragon is a simplified version of someone's character, + its features/colors/markings

Its really up to the owner of the Design that I sold it to. Best case scenario they get compensated, lets adopt me use in game, and proper credit is added to the dragons wiki page or something, and a public apology and acknowledgement from the team, and that this wont happen again. Lets hope!

It mostly depends on sky, since they own the design, so the dev team really needs to communicate with them to see what they can do about it to keep all parties happy, gamers included. Since they spent a lot of money on this apparently. but I hope they don't ignore it and say nothing.

Free redesign option for the Adopt me dragon, incase the devs decide to do something about this situation. I saw a brown version on the wiki of the design, so why not keep that. It doesn't even need the cheek marking, but it was cute. #batdragon #adoptmedragon

yeah since the design is 100% Their property, when I sell designs the rights to that design go to buyer. This game could have easily just commissioned me to make them a bunch of simple designs to use if they liked that type of design to begin with instead of stealing. Shameful.

Rediscovered the pen tool in Adobe Animate, making gradient shading like I used to do mega easy sdgsdgs I thought it was gone, it was just hidden xD hahaha. Favorite thing I loved doing was scribble all over the drawing to remove the guide lines. eeeeeee Nostalgia
