I'm finding out that at least half a dozen tornadoes 🌪️ from this Isaias storm struck my state today. 😳 Are my NC people okay? I was out walking client's dogs when there was a break in the storm, but instinctively shielded both of them with my own body when the wind suddenly started picking up.

So apparently the power went out at my apartment at some point while I was gone. Just getting back Home now. 👀 This storm "Isaias" has been impacting our area as well. It picked the worst weekend too as It has made taking my client's dogs out for a walk and bathroom break very difficult.. 🌧️🌬️

I have to take a couple of dogs out later for a bathroom break and it's supposed to thunderstorm during the evening that I'm scheduled for it. Debating on whether or not I need to pick up pads from the store because this morning the rain alone scared these little guys, imagine thunder in the mix! 🫠

I cannot stand the lawnmower or weedwacker sounds! But I'm neurodivergent, so I guess it comes with the territory. They are outside here now! 😵‍💫 At least I know I can get away from it by simply stepping outside of my unit, into the hallway area, since our building is enclosed. Thank you for that!

Traffic weavers always scare me, man. Usually no signals or anything, just "i think I'll turn now! Sunset and all! Make sure you see me cutting in front of you now!!" An accident almost happened before because of these people. Just weave in and out without a care for the other drivers on the road 😮‍💨🫩

Somebody apparently broke down right at a red light 🚦 in front of me and I had to maneuver around them while the sun was blasting in my face, and also at the same time, watching for oncoming cars from the lane I was trying to get into. 🫠 I am glad to be Home now though lol
